The space Spacious house of 140 sqm, consists of a kitchen open to the living/dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. - The kitchen is fully equipped with all its appliances (4-burner induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher (dishwasher tablet not provided) American fridge, percolator coffee maker (ground coffee) and a Senseo, toaster) and its dishes (plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, bowls, oven dishes, pots, pans, Tupperware...). - The living room consists of a dining area with table and 4 chairs ( 6 additional chairs on the terrace) and a lounge area with its sofa, a TV stand and a coffee table. - Bedroom 1 is a master bedroom that has a 180x200 bed, a shower room with a toilet, a sink, a small piece of furniture and an electric towel dryer, a dressing room and a TV. - Bedroom 2 has a 140x190 bed, a sofa, a recessed closet, a TV and a shower room with a sink, a small piece of furniture and an electric towel dryer. - Bedroom 3 (small bedroom) has a 140 x 190 bed. All beds are equipped with pillows and mattress covers. Ability to provide sheets with a supplement of 30 euros.
