The “Main House” in Andover

Bring the whole family or enjoy the space to yourself. The “Main House” in Andover, Kansas is a cozy, great place with lots of room for everyone. This home was completely renovated in 2024 and offers three bedrooms, two with plush queen beds and one with bunk beds (one full and two twin beds). The kitchen is stocked with plenty of items for cooking during your stay and there is laundry on site. Separate work space with desk and great lighting on site. Great, convenient location near turnpike. The space There is one step up on to the front porch and inside the home the living room, kitchen and bathroom are on one level while the bedrooms and office space are two steps down. Guest access Entire house and backyard is accessible by guests. Please do not enter shed or camper in back yard. Other things to note The home is a 1940’s homestead moved to this location and does have a cinder block foundation. There are areas of the home primarily in main hallway the floor does have a “soft” feel to it. The average person may not notice but somebody that is unsteady on their feet such as an elderly person may notice. The floors are safe without elevation changes. The soft feel is an unfortunate challenge of the cinder block foundation.
