Welcome to our Norman cocoon, the Maison de la Menuiserie, our secondary house that we have carefully furnished and equipped for all comfort even on vacation. Located just a 5-minute walk from Merville-Franceville beach, and close to shops, this cozy house offers a quiet and warm setting for a relaxing holiday in Normandy. Also enjoy the garden to relax or have a barbecue. You will also have 2 private parking spaces. The space The Maison de la Menuiserie offers a quiet and warm environment for vacations with family or friends. Our house is located in a small residence full of charm, which includes four maisonettes. This residence was once a carpentry shop, elegantly divided into four homes. Each house is inhabited by friendly owners. Rest assured, each house has its privacy, so you won't be disturbed by the neighborhood if you want complete tranquility. For your comfort, it's easy to park in the residence. Each house has two parking spaces in the courtyard of the residence. The entrance to the house is through an outdoor garden-courtyard space, a true haven of peace away from prying eyes. With very little opposite, this outdoor space is ideal for resting or having a barbecue. The living area consists of a large room with dining area, living room and open kitchen. The sofa unfolds to turn into a 140x200 bed, for a comfortable sleep like in a real bed. The kitchen, open to the living room, is separated by a small bar area. Fully equipped, you will find everything you need to cook like at home: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, and a full range of cooking utensils. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each designed to offer a cozy and intimate resting space. "The White Room" is equipped with a large 160 x 200 bed, perfect for a restful night. There is also a wardrobe to hang your clothes and a small cabinet to store your belongings. "The Blue Room" is a charming attic room, equipped with a 140 x 200 cm bed and a small laundry area, offering a convenient corner to store your belongings and organize your stay. The bathroom, also located upstairs, is very spacious and also has storage spaces. It is equipped with a large shower and a toilet. A second toilet is on the main floor. Guest access The Maison de la Menuiserie is part of a co-ownership of 4 holiday maisonettes. The residence is very quiet, the houses are not always occupied by their owners. Each house has its own private entrance, two parking spaces, and its own private garden area.
