Love Shack Cozy Corrales Country Getaway

Guests will enjoy a quiet country atmosphere just blocks from the city on our nonsmoking property. Peace and necessities are nearby. Our village has become a popular movie filming spot, offering a chance to watch crews in action. New restaurants and breweries have opened, adding to the local charm. As a horse community, you'll often see horses trotting along the ditch bank, and with some luck, you might spot wild animals too. The space The Love Shack will accommodate two adults comfortably. We have one queen size automatically adjustable bed with a memory foam heated mattress. There is a small couch to enjoy the view of the patio through the double French doors. This is a remodeled studio with free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Alexa device, device charging station, Netflix app, Pandora, YouTube TV, Bluetooth speaker, K-Cup coffee maker, iron, luggage racks, ample closet, AC and Heater, ceiling fan, 2 TV trays, a designated workspace, and a beautiful covered patio with a propane gas outdoor fireplace, as well as a lookout from the top of our property. The owners live on this NONSMOKING gated property and are nearby in case of any needs. If you are planning on attending the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, we are only minutes away and have a great location for all the fiesta fun. We are also only a short drive away from the Intel Park and Ride for the fiesta and it is strongly recommended if you will be attending ANY of the fiesta events. If you want to take a break from the fiesta crowds, feel free to have coffee at The Love Shack Lookout. This uncovered lookout is at the top of our property, just a little hike up the sandy hill. It boasts a great view of the balloon park and fireworks. This is also the perfect place to relax and unwind in the peace of the country with the city just minutes away. Also enjoy our rural horse friendly village by shopping, having an espresso, fine dining, microbreweries, wineries, playing pool, pumpkin patching, public swimming pool, skate park, and farmer's market. Corrales also has a self-guided walking tour, a grower's market, and the historic Old San Ysidro Church. Feed our quail then shop at the nearby Cottonwood Mall. Santa Fe is 50 minutes away. We are a veteran owned home with friendly and flexible scheduling. We look forward to accommodating executives, traveling nurses, Intel employees, movie industry, and insurance renovation temporary relocation. Kids are welcome, no pets please. We love animals but we do not have a safe fenced area to accommodate pets. Please note that the Village of Corrales strictly enforces a capacity of 2 guests. Please refer to costs incurred if you invite sleepover guests beyond the 2-person capacity. We will message you a code to manually enter the gate before you arrive. There will be a gate opener to place in your vehicle once you arrive inside the casita. We have a doorbell camera on the patio and provide a camera cover for your privacy while using our cozy patio. Please read the manual for more instructions. The Village of Corrales enforces their 2-person capacity at this property. Please refer to costs incurred if you invite any overnight guests over the 2-person capacity. We do not have a fenced area to keep your pets safe. We ask that you leave your pets at home for their safety. At times you could see our dogs in our backyard. Please do not pet our dogs if we are not with them. This property is located in the high desert where we coexist with wild animals, insects, and nature. Guests have reported seeing many different species of wild animals while staying with us. This is why we love living here.
