Sovereign Hill is 3-min drive & if bringing your dog, Pennyweight park across the road has an off leash dog area & playground. The space Set back from the street & overlooking parkland across the road, the inviting porch is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or, in the afternoon as the sun sets in enjoy your glass of wine. Step inside the hallway which leads to the open plan living area (New Smart TV & free wifi so you can log into your Netflix etc.) Air con, Open fire, and all rooms including bedrooms have wall panel heaters. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, coffee machine (dolce gusto if you want extra coffee pods, we supply some), crockery, cutlery, utensils, wine glasses, coffee mugs, salad bowls, platters, saucepans and everything you should need for cooking/serving meals. Kids crockery & cups are also included. The dining area has an extendable dining table seating 8 guests, a log fireplace which can be used and double glass doors (& flyscreens) opening to the backyard. An undercover patio area and huge secure grassed area perfect for kids or your pet to run around in. The three bedrooms all have brand carpet and have all been freshly painted. The two front rooms have high-end comfortable queen beds. All Iinen & towels are included. All rooms also have wardrobes, venetian blinds, ceiling fans, bedside lamps & brand new panel heaters in each room. The third bedroom consists of a single bed plus a bunk bed - so 3 x single beds in total. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan, block out blinds, heater and direct access to the central bathroom. All linen supplied. Towels for each guest area also supplied. Basic toiletries are also included (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handsoap, toilet paper, hairdryer, moisturiser). The hige newly renovated bathroom has a bath, walk in shower & european laundry. There is also a second powder room to the rear of the home. A great home for one or two families/couples or friends to comfortably enjoy. Sturt Street & its surrounding streets have multiple new restuarants, wine bars, pubs and cafes and there are even laneways and hidden bars to explore. One of our favourite places in town is Hot Temple in Armstrong Street. As a guest of ours we can arrange a free drink with each meal purchased should you decide to enjoy lunch or dinner there.
