The villa adjoins the Étang forest and its health trail that runs along the waterfront to Saint-Paul. The beautiful beach of Boucan and the entrance to Mafate are 10 minutes away by car. You will enjoy the forest, the birdsong, the pool which is shared with the inhabitants of the house. The space The accommodation, with a surface area of 33 m2, is composed of: - a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a large closet - a living room/kitchen (fully equipped) with a dining area - a bathroom (shower and toilet) - a garden and a 15 m2 deck for outdoor dining in the shade of palm trees - the pool is shared with the hosts The entire accommodation (including the garden) is non-smoking. The condominium rules are to be quiet between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. Other things to note We have two dogs. The pool is shared with the host and other tenants. Please keep quiet between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m.
