Welcome to your new room away from home! Our house includes all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay during your visit to Wilmington, Delaware. This home is located within the historical triangle district, just minutes from downtown Wilmington, where you can enjoy daily walks to Brandywine Park and visit the surrounding coffee shops. It is an ideal space for business trips, traveling professionals, students, or short-term visitors. For 2026 World Cup 25-min drive to Lincoln Field. The space Me and my wife are happy to host you during your stay! Take the benefit of a "not for business" hostel house where you will not need to be worried about who else will be renting a room next door, what's your fridge space, and what time should you bathe to not conflict with different guests (You have a private bath detached from the room (downstairs) and is reserved for only you to use) There's only your room and ourselves. Our house is fully renovated and carefully taken care of. Enjoy the privacy, calmness, and cleaning space. Location-wise you're in a great spot. Minutes from downtown, suburbs, and commercial areas, whatever you want to go you're likely fairly close by. Guest access Parking: Public-free on the street. There are always plenty of spots in front or in the back of the house. Public Transportation: There are 2 bus stops in the surroundings (less than 5 minutes walk) Attractions: There are 2 main local coffee shops within minutes of a walk :) I highly recommend it (Scout's Cafe is my favorite). The public library is also within minutes along with the beautiful Brandywine Park and Zoo. During your stay We're happy to go along with your preferences. Other things to note Your queen* bed has the finest 100% cotton covers and a Zinus dream mattress (one of the most comfortable I've tried). You've also got 2 windows with plenty of natural light. *quite big for one person, and plenty of space for a couple.
