The apartment is newly renovated (July 2024) and has a double bedroom with a 150 x 200 cm bed, another double bedroom with 2 90 x 200 cm beds and a third bedroom with another 150 x 200 cm double bed. It has one full bathroom with a shower and a full toilet. A kitchen with all the comforts and utensils. The living room has a sofa for 3 people, 2 armchairs and a dining table that seats 6 and a 55" TV An excellent accommodation with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay in Gijón with an unbeatable location as it is less than a 10-minute walk from staircase number 14 of the Paseo del Muro of San Lorenzo beach Guest access This apartment is rented in its entirety and will be fully available to our guests. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This accommodation has gas heating enabled from November to April. Appealing to responsible use as part of a climate and social emergency situation, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where temperatures in the coldest winter months range between 6 and 15 degrees, we will have heating available in two time slots, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, always maintaining a temperature that ranges between 18 and 20 degrees. The maximum operating time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours per day depending on the weather and can be chosen by guests. It is important to understand that heating a 75 sq. meter accommodation like ours is not the same as heating a smaller hotel room (15 sq. meters).
