Take it easy at this unique, tranquil getaway at Sandhamn. With a glimpse of the sea, it is close to Alexanderudden in Trouville. A space-efficient accommodation (about 30 m2), for a couple or small family 2+2 people. Kitchen/kitchenette with stove, fridge, microwave, TV, WiFi, shower/toilet, small bedroom with bunk bed. Patios in two directions are furnished. A swimming beach 100 meters away, the famous Trouville beaches about 500 meters from the house. Stockholm Archipelago Trail - the archipelago's 270 km of hiking trails, one runs right outside the house The space Guest house with living room with kitchenette, small bedroom and bathroom with shower/toilet (about 30 m2). The house was built in 2013. The bedroom has a bunk bed 140 cm wide down and 90 cm up x 200 cm. The living room has a 3-seater Ektorp sofa that is foldable as a bed 160x200 cm. There are pillows and duvets for 2+2 people (you bring your own sheets/towels). The kitchen has a small stove with 2 heating zones, microwave, fridge, sink. Heating with exhaust air heat pump for both heating and cooling. TV, Chromecast, Wi-Fi. A balcony terrace in the southeast with a round table 100 cm and 4 Grythyttan chairs. Another balcony to the west with a large table and benches as seating. Guest access Sheets and towels are not included in the rent. If you want to rent sheets and towels, that's fine. There is a supplement of SEK 250 per person/set and stay. It is a set with fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, large and small towel. Let us know at the time of booking and we'll provide them. Other things to note Sandhamn is a place and an island along the Stockholm Archipelago. Sandhamn village is the "central town" on the island. There are both gravel roads and many wonderful trails through pine forests, heather and blueberry lingonberry fields. The island has the Stockholm archipelago on three sides and open sea south and southeast of the island. Trouville, where the house is located, is on the south side with about a 2 km walk from the village. Here, you will find the famous Trouville beaches. To the Trouville piers (about 400 meters from the house), there is regular service with Stavsnäs boat taxi from Stavsnäs (same price as the Waxholm boats) to Trouville. Transportation Fridays - Sundays all year round (boat taxi), and every day of the week in summer. Book a ticket online and you are guaranteed a seat on the boat. You can get to Stavsnäs Vinterhamn harbor by SL bus from Slussen bus terminal in Stockholm. Waxholm boats run every day all year round to Ångbåtsbryggan in Sandhamn village. Cinderella boats (Strömma kanal) run from Nybrokajen - Strandvägen starting around May 1 and well into the autumn. Here you get a fantastic trip and overview through the Stockholm Archipelago via many famous places such as Waxholm, Grinda etc. The Stockholm archipelago is designated as one of the world's 25 best places. Via - Stockholm Archipelago Trail - SAT - one of the hiking trails runs just outside the house. In total, there are 270 km of hiking trails on 21 different islands and places, all with direct connection all year round via the Waxholm company's boats.
