Unwind in this unique, quiet home at Sandhamn. With sea glimpses, it's close to Alexanderudden in Trouville. A space-efficient accommodation (about 30 m2), for a couple or small family 2+1 people. Kitchen/kitchenette with stovetop, fridge, microwave, TV, wifi, shower/wc, small bedroom with bunk bed. Patios in two directions are furnished. A beach 100 meters away, the famous Trouville beaches about 500 meters from the house. Stockholm Archipelago Trail, the archipelago's 270 km hiking trails, where one goes just outside the house. The space Guest house with living room with kitchenette, small bedroom and bathroom with shower/wc (about 30 m2). The house is built in 2013. The bedroom has a bunk bed 140 cm wide down and 90 cm upstairs x 200 cm,. The living room has a 3 seater Ektorp sofa. There are pillows and duvets for 2+1 people (you bring your own sheets/towels). The kitchen has a small stovetop with 2 heating zones, microwave, fridge, sink. Heating with exhaust heat pump for both heating and cooling. TV, Cromecast, Wifi. A terrace terrace in the southeast with table 100 cm and 4 pot cabin chairs. One more porch in the west with large table and benches as seating. Guest access Sheets and towels are not included in the rent. If you want to rent sheets and towels, that's fine. There is a supplement of SEK 300 per person/set and stay. There is a set of bottom sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, large and small towel. Let us know at the time of booking and we'll set up. Other things to note Sandhamn is a place and an island along out in the Stockholm Archipelago. Sandhamns village is the "central town" of the island. There are both gravel roads and many wonderful trails through pine forest, heather and blueberry/lingon rice. We have Stockholm archipelago on three sides and open sea south and southeast of the island. Trouville, where the house is located, is on the south side with about 2 km walk from the village. Here, the famous Trouville beaches are located. To the Trouville bridges (about 400 meters from the house), there is a regular service with Stavsnäs boat taxi from Stavsnäs (the same price as the Waxholm boats) to Trouville. Traffic all days all year. Book ticket online and you are guaranteed spot on the boat. Stavsnäs winter harbor comes by SL bus from Slussen bus terminal in Stockholm. The Waxholm boats are on the tour list every day of the year to the Ångbåtsbryggan in Sandhamn village. The Cinderella boats (Strömma Canal) run from Nybrokajen - Strandvägen starting about May 1 and well into the autumn. Here you get a fantastic trip and overview out through the Stockholm Archipelago via many famous places such as Waxholm, Grinda etc. The Stockholm archipelago is named one of the world's 25 best places. Via - Stockholm Arcipelago Trail - sat - one of the hiking trails goes right outside the house.
