Third Bedroom: A king sized bed, which can be converted into 2 single beds, ideal for children or additional guests. Fourth Bedroom: Filled with natural light, this bedroom also features a king sized bed which can be converted into 2 single bedrooms. Please request your bedding configurations prior to your stay. Bathrooms: In addition to the master ensuite, there is a second modern bathroom, complete with a shower, bathtub, and all the essentials you'll need for a refreshing start to your day. Please note, however, that the garage is not accessible and locked for our private storage. Other things to note BOND PAYABLE FOR HIGHER RISK BOOKINGS Please note additionally that if you - are a guest that does not have any prior reviews - are booking a one night stay; or - are booking last minute (less than 24 hours before check in) a $500 bond/security deposit is payable to reflect the higher risk in booking. This security deposit is payable at the time of booking and is fully refundable provided that the house is returned in good condition and the house rules are observed.
