You can easily park nearby, however the house does not have a private parking space. Upon entering the house, you enter a living/dining area where up to 7 people can eat. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed that can sleep 1 person. In continuity, you access a functional kitchen equipped with an oven, hob, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen has the essentials: glasses, bowls, cups, cutlery, pots, pans and oven dishes... Small appliances are available: a Tassimo coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Upstairs, a first bedroom welcomes you with a 180/200 bed. A bathroom with a shower and a sink. There are towels and a storage closet. A small living area completes the layout of this floor. On the second floor, a bedroom on your right offers two 90/190 beds as well as two storage dressers. On the other side is a bedroom with a 140/190 bed and a storage chest. Wifi is accessible throughout the house (repeater installed) by a code at your disposal. Cleaning supplies are available for guests The house is NOT equipped with air conditioning system, there is a fan in each bedroom and one in the living room. Guest access The property doesn't have parking spaces or a garage. However, parking near the house is facilitated because it is located on a square with free parking spaces. This townhouse does not have external access. You access the house directly from the street. Other things to note This house is close to the Nevers Magny Cours circuit.
