Equipped with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay and located close to shops, minimarts and restaurants. The space Guesthouse Features : - Open Living Room with a TV and Sofa Bed - Full Kitchen equipped with a Mini Fridge, Electric Stove, Microwave & Electric Kettle - Cooking Ware, Dining Ware and Cutlery - Full Bathroom with Hot Water Shower - Bedroom equipped with Aircon and a Queen-sized Bed - Private Balcony with Seating Amenities Included : - Towels - Soap** - Toilet Paper** - Dish Washing Liquid** - Tea, Coffee and Sugar **To help us keep the cost of our listing low, we will only provide 1 each of these amenities during your stay. There are many minimarts nearby where you can purchase more if needed. Guest access This guesthouse is situated on the host’s family property but is separated by a wooden fence from the main house for your privacy. You will have access to the entire guesthouse and your own private parking space located right in front of the guesthouse. The main gate is a shared entry onto the property and sometimes you will find that it will be closed but it will never be locked. Other things to note - Cash Power System - Samoa uses a cash power system where you must purchase cash power credits for your cash power meter to have access to electricity for your home. The guesthouse has its own cash power meter located outside on the balcony. We will provide you with complimentary cash power credits for basic electricity usage during your stay (lighting, fan, fridge, cooking, hot water - aircon usage not included). You are responsible for purchasing more cash power credits if you exceed your complimentary credits. A week before you check in we will send you a step by step guide on how and where to purchase cash power credits and how to enter it in your cash power meter. - Noise - It is very normal in Samoa especially in the villages and with the close proximity of houses to one another, you might be able to hear the neighbours, chickens and dogs barking. Please keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm. - Visitors - We understand you might have family or friends in Samoa who might want to visit you during your stay and you are more than welcome to have visitors over but only the number of guests booked can sleep in the guesthouse. Strictly NO PARTIES allowed.
