Renovated house with large garden

Come relax and enjoy nature in our renovated house with eco-friendly and soundproof materials. Our garden offers beautiful spaces: games, relaxation, toilet/sink/outdoor shower, chickens & geese, beautiful trees, beautiful view of the Glandasse (Vercors) and small stream! House on the 1st floor of a small condominium. A very friendly young couple is on the ground floor, however privacy for outdoor evenings is quite possible. No pets allowed and non-smoking house The space The house consists of a large entrance overlooking a living room with a wood-burning stove and an open kitchen. From there you can also access the terrace. 2 large bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. The doors and walls are soundproof, which guarantees comfort and calm. Mosquito nets in the bedrooms. The joinery has all been changed. No TV or washing machine. Extra linens (€10/room, includes: bedding, carpets, bath towels, dish towels...) In the absence of neighbors, it is possible to take care of the chickens and eat their good eggs! Other things to note Household linens package possible = €10/room Includes: bedding, carpet, towels, tea towels. We ask you to leave the place as clean as you found it, but if you just want to do the minimum (tidy up, remove dirty sheets, sweep, manage dishes/trash cans) we will ask you to leave us €40.
