Skylark Manor (and guest house) sit on just under 4 acres in the beautiful Pine Hills area of Julian. Guests have access to main cabin (which has 3 sleeping rooms) and guest house (which has 2 sleeping rooms) for a total of 9 beds and up to 16 guests (MAX). The main cabin is about 100 years old, but the guest house was rebuilt in 2003 after the Cedar Fire. Views from both are outstanding and the property is best described as "Enchanting". The space This listing is for the main cabin AND guest house at Skylark Manor. The Main cabin: 1st floor includes fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room with table for 6, living room with wood burning fireplace, 2 bedrooms (each with Queen bed), 2 bathrooms with showers, outdoor screened in porch (with a dining table for 8), and expansive deck in the pines with amazing views! The 2nd floor is a fully finished attic which has several nooks with a total of 4 beds (2 Twin + 2 Queens ) and another bathroom with claw foot tub. MAX guest count in main cabin is 10. The Skylark manor Guest House is comprised of 2 floors, with a large open room on each floor along with a full bathroom on each floor. There is also a full kitchen upstairs. The beds are not in separate rooms, but are on separate floors connected by interior stairs. Max guest count in guest house is 6 in 3 queen beds. Cell phone reception is solid so those who need to do some work can hot spot from their phone. There is a smart TV in both main cabin and guest house...but guests are encouraged to unplug and relax! There is WiFi. There is a gas grill on back deck. Additionally, there is a separate outdoor grilling area with a wood burning stone grill + oven - which is only allowed during certain months which are low fire risk as determined by the county of San Diego. Outside, there is a full sized boccie court with seating which is shared with the guest house. No parties. No extra guests. No exceptions. Noise carries in the mountains and my neighbors enjoy a peaceful sanctuary that I expect my guests to respect. Guests who disregard this rule will be removed immediately without refund.
