Air-conditioned accommodation on the outskirts of Toulouse

We offer a 2-room apartment at the gates of Toulouse. This accommodation is annexed and adjoins our main residence. It is fully equipped, and has a separate entrance and an outdoor terrace. You have a spot in front of the accommodation for your vehicle. It is ideal for a business trip or a city break. The accommodation is located 8 minutes walk from the bus lines that will take you to the Argoulets metro station Airport 15 min by ring road. The space The accommodation is ideally suited for a single person on a business trip or student. To ensure the best comfort, we limit the capacity to two people. One bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (bed linen provided). A sofa bed is available in the living room for an extra bed. The bathroom with shower and toilet is brand new (towel provided). The kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, Frigidaire Top, kettle. A washing machine completes the whole. We also provide free Wi-Fi access and a Satellite TV with a wide range of channels including Canal Plus. The accommodation is air-conditioned. You will have kitchen utensils, cutlery and all the basic household necessities. Coffee, tea and others... Will be made available to you free of charge. We try to think of those little things that can enhance your comfort. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. We are located away from the festive and cultural life of downtown Toulouse. If you want to go out and go to the city center of Toulouse, you can reach the city center in 20 minutes by vehicle. Guest access Independent access The accommodation is suitable for people with reduced mobility (room on the ground floor). Shops (butcher, tobacco, wine shop, bakery...) are located 5 minutes walk. You have a large Intermarché supermarket nearby as well as a neighborhood cinema "Le Lumière" which offers a program of recent films at a very reasonable price. Other things to note We ask that you return the accommodation in a clean condition at the end of your stay and take your garbage to the containers of our residence.
