Set in the Yorkshire countryside is our newly renovated Little House. Once an Edwardian carriage house and hayloft, the space offers the perfect location to explore Yorkshire. Comprised of one bedroom sleeping up to three adults. Located in the pretty village of Rawcliffe, local amenities include a popular restaurant, village shop, local pub, and two takeaways. Off road parking for one car and small private patio are available. The space Private entrance into courtyard area, with outdoor furniture. The ground floor comprises an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Complete with a TV with Netflix, the living area is modern and tastefully decorated, boasting pleasant views across local Yorkshire countryside. The french patio doors give the space a light and airy feel. Guests will also find a well-equipped kitchen, with modern induction hobs and electric oven. Also included are a microwave, Nescafe coffee pod machine, kettle, and single door fridge/freezer. Upstairs, the generously proportioned bedroom comfortably accommodates three guests in one double bed and a single bed. With high loft ceilings, the bedroom retains original beams, and a Juliet balcony gives views over the rear of the property and neighbouring farmland. The property's bathroom is comprised of a toilet, wash basin, mirror, shower with double shower head, and a heated towel rail. Towels are provided. Free, off-road parking for one car. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. The property has its own private entrance, so guests can come and go as they please. We operate on a self-check in/out basis, with a lockbox for key exchange. Other things to note Please note, the property has a strict no smoking indoors policy, a charge of £250 will be payable through Airbnb if evidence of smoking indoors is found. For long-term stays (10+ nights), we will provide weekly cleaning and linen changeovers to ensure high standards. Pets are not allowed at this property.
