The space Downstairs: Bright, well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and breakfast bar. Comfortable living room with fireplace, dining table, Fire TV, plus coat and shoe storage. Sofa bed available for an additional guest if needed. Upstairs: One spacious double bedroom and a compact bunk room, both with good storage for clothes and luggage. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note: the bunk bed setup may not suit all preferences, though adults have regularly used it comfortably without issue. Outside: Small private yard with seating—ideal for a morning coffee or evening drink. Quiet cul-de-sac setting with free on-street parking. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourself. We live locally if needed. Other things to note If arriving later in the day, you may not find a parking space near the house - but there is plenty of on-street parking within walking distance.
