Room for rent

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Small cozy room located at barrio Salamanca. 2 mins walk to wizink center. Perfect if you’re attending a concert! It’s well connected to everything 2 mins from the bus stop to the center(146 and 53) as well as the metro stations. Line 2 and 4 Goya and line 6 and 2 Manuel becerra) Shops, coffee shops and restaurants around the area so with supermarkets. PS: you will be staying with my friend and her partner. They’re nice! The space It’s my small cozy room. I call it my sanctuary and I hope you’ll like it and that you’re comfortable staying. There’s a remote on the desk for the lights. The drawer cabinets on the mirror is for you. You can put your stuff if you need. Guest access You can use all the shared spaces and stuff on the kitchen. If you want to cook feel free. During your stay My friend will be there at the house mostly at night. She’s out working from 8-5 you can always ask her for everything or you can just message me. She’s nice and kind. We only speak English but will understand Spanish too. Other things to note It’s close to retiro, plaza del colon and Serrano. If you enjoy walking these place are walkable 10-15 mins. PS: try to check in before 15:00 if possible. If not, you’ll need to wait and check in at 19:30
