Unwind in the living room on comfortable furnishings, enjoying the ambiance of the gas fireplace while watching your favorite shows on the TV with standard cable and streaming services. The well-equipped kitchen features major appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave) and small appliances (blender, keurig coffee maker, toaster). Ample counter space and all you need in the kitchen to make meal prep a breeze. The cozy study area includes a sleeper sofa, fold down workspace, and bookcase, perfect for working remotely. Savor your morning coffee from the Keurig machine or tea kettle on the front or back patio, or at the kitchen peninsula. The indoor dining area seats 6. You can also enjoy al fresco dining on the front patio, with a table for 6, a privacy wall, and gas BBQ. In the evening, gather around the natural-gas fire pit on the back patio and enjoy stunning sunset views over the golf course and hills. Take advantage of the nearby shared HOA pool, fitness center (with day pass), spa treatments, bike rentals, and Silverado Market & Bakery for snacks and supplies. Outdoor seating areas are perfect for enjoying your treats. Guest access You have access to everything in the condo except locked owner's pantry, locked wine fridge, and locked shed in the front patio. No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad PARKING: There is plenty of free parking on-site. You can park in any open spot along the white brick wall. See photos. RESORT AMENITIES: Guests have access to the Grill Restaurant, Silverado Market & Bakery, The Mansion Terrace, Forno Pizza, The Boost Spa Café, Tesla/hybrid charging stations located in south parking lot at the main resort area. GOLF AND TENNIS COURTS: Golf and resort tennis courts are available only to country club members or hotel guests. Guests may be able to book tennis/pickle ball at the Spa with a day pass of $100/person (weekdays and subject to availability). SPA AND GYM FACILITIES: Guests can purchase spa treatments or day passes for gym/pool ($100) passes at the Silverado Resort Spa. Please check with the Spa directly for availability. Priority for treatment and passes is given to members and resort guests, before our guests, so 100% availability is not guaranteed. POOLS: Condominium pool is available to guests 9AM to 10PM (typically open and heated May-Sept but may be open earlier weather allowing). The main resort pool is not available to our guests. The spa pool is available to guests who purchase the $100/day pass or if booking spa treatments. The resort is just a few minutes’ drive to up-valley destinations such as Yountville, St. Helena, Rutherford, and Calistoga. See Location tab for more. Other things to note Parties are not permitted per Airbnb regulations. Pets: Silverado has implemented a firm "no-pet policy" for their hotels rooms and hosts renting vacation rentals. Kids: While we do accept infants and children, please be advised that this listing is not the most kid-friendly. We do have high-end furnishings and breakables in the unit, as well as a gas fireplace and fire pit. We offer a starter kit of essential supplies like paper goods, soaps, coffee, etc., for a few days, but guests may need to purchase more supplies for extended stays. When available, we’re happy to offer early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee of $50 per hour. If you would like to arrive more than 3 hours early or depart more than 3 hours late, we may require an additional night booking. This is because extended timing can place strain on our housekeeping team and may prevent us from accepting same-day reservations. Please check with your host before purchasing flights or making plans around extended times, as we may not know availability until 1–2 days before arrival or departure. Should you need to book additional condos for an event or large group, check out our other offerings at Silverado Resort under host’s profile. Silverado Resort comprises a mix of condos and hotel rooms rented out by the resort itself, as well as privately owned residences, and privately owned units rented out by owners on platforms like Airbnb. This Airbnb condo unit is rented outside the Silverado resort, so any issues pertaining to the condo should be reported to the host only. The resort cannot help you with issues such as entering the property, housekeeping, or anything inside the unit not working properly. Please DO NOT go to the Mansion to "check-in" or request help with your baggage. You may contact the front desk with issues outside of the unit, such as noise complaints, and inquiries about the resort’s basic amenities. Because Silverado is a bustling resort, noise from other guests, landscaping, work trucks, etc., is possible and is beyond host control. Host provides sound machines in all condos and recommends that light sleepers bring earplugs. We are a rural destination and close to the golf course. Insects may be seen outside and occasionally inside units. Because the mail slot is for owner use only and packages often arrive during other guests stays or after guests leaves, we ask you NOT to send any mail to the property ahead of time or during your stay.
