The room is located in a high basement with a view and access to the garden and its own terrace. Free parking with the option to charge an electric car. The space There are 2 rooms in the hallway - rooms A and B. There is a permanent resident in room B. Bath/toilet is used by both rooms. Kitchenette only for room A. Guest access Room A + kitchenette and bathroom in the basement.
