Other things to note We love hosting and helping guests have a wonderful stay in Pensacola but we do have to share some rules and administrative items (not fun but it's part of the gig!): THIS IS A NO SMOKING/VAPING PROPERTY. PLEASE READ and understand the house rules and guidebook we send to you once you book our place. Sometimes items are left behind. While we're not responsible for them, we'll do our best to help return them to you. You are responsible for shipping costs and a $35 convenience fee (we'll work with the resolution center to make it easier for both parties). Any items not claimed after 14 days will be disposed of. This is Florida, a humid subtropical environment. It gets hot outside in the summer. It can get cold in the winter. You may see various bugs, spiders, birds, frogs, lizards, and butterflies. There are also mosquitoes. The way we see it, this is an important part of gardens and the local ecosystem. We DO NOT offer refunds for a bug, mosquito, lizard, spider, or any other sort of critter inside. We advise you to keep windows and doors closed to help prevent that from happening. We recommend bringing mosquito repellant while visiting Florida. Also, be aware of sun exposure if you'll be outside for long periods of time. We recommend staying hydrated and using sunscreen often. Also, after a strong thunderstorm, you may see leaves, twigs, etc, in the patio. Please review the beach safety tips we'll share with you if planning time at the beautiful beaches and please be sure to pay attention to flag conditions while at the beach. *Cancellation policy due to weather* This home is located on the coast of the Gulf and subject to seasonal weather variations. Per our firm cancellation policy, no refunds or discounts are offered for weather-related cancellations unless a named storm triggers an evacuation order for our area. We recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your stay. Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations to all things local!
