"Hostal Aissa" is a neo-colonial house, located in the heart of Havana, specifically in the famous (Chinatown) of Downtown Havana. The space "Hostal Aissa" is a neo-colonial house, located in the heart of Havana, specifically in the famous (Chinatown) of Downtown Havana. It is on a corner (1st floor up), so it has balconies on two streets. This cozy house was built in 1922 and stands out for having a large 4.8 meter/16 foot high strut in all rooms and has long doors and windows which provide very good ventilation and natural light. The rooms are spacious and pleasant, equipped with modern electrical effects such as: air conditioning, fan, minibar, hair dryer. It also has huge and comfortable king size beds, portable clothesline, among other things. Towels and bed linen are included in the room price, and each room has its own private bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours a day. The rooms also have a private balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the real dynamics of Cuban life. In the room you can take Salsa (Casino) classes and different dance styles or simply relax reading a book, chatting or having a good Cuban coffee. Guest access We give careful attention to our guests and guarantee a comfortable and safe stay. The common areas are: the living room, the dining room and the main balcony of the hostel. Hostal Aissa is the ideal place to enjoy Havana with your partner, friends or family. -We offer: - Breakfast (6 Euros per person/day) - Laundry service (price according to the amount of clothes) - Dance classes, percussion classes and Spanish classes. - LATE check-out is only possible upon request at the house, because it depends on the check-in of the guest arriving the same day. We can notify you in the afternoon one day before your departure to confirm, (price=10 Euros). - If you decide to leave your luggage at home while visiting the provinces, there is an additional price per room of 5 Euros for three days or 10 Euros for more than three days - Tour of Old Havana (with a guide, on foot) - Panoramic tour with a classic car (with its own driver) through Old Havana and the Modern part of the city. - Private parking (advance notice to arrange it) (prior agreement). During your stay We like to socialize with our guests and give them space to relax and enjoy the house. We are available to answer your questions or concerns with pleasure. I am the mother of a small child 🥰 Other things to note IMPORTANT: -I'm a teacher of dance.In home we offer courses of dance of different styles. -I recommend you to download the maps.me app to your smart phone as it helps you navigate offline in Cuba as here we don't have internet access on the street. ATTENTION: -American Card don't funcion in Cuba. -There is also very limited internet connection here in Cuba.You must buy an internet card (NAUTA) or go to a hotel or certain parks for internet.
