Welcome to the MAISON BERLIN – your retreat in the middle of an idyllic oasis of palm trees. Enjoy the quiet atmosphere and the perfect location: just 200 m from the beach and exceptional gastronomy, and only 400 m to Senegal typical village center. Here you will experience relaxation and comfort in close proximity to the Atlantic coast. The space MAISON BERLIN offers plenty of space with an 80 sqm pool, palm garden, outdoor bar with generous dinner table, breakfast and BBQ area. Our five comfortable rooms each have a private bathroom and mostly a private terrace or balcony. Amenities include a comfortable double bed, mosquito net, Wi-Fi and a fan. Thanks to the well thought-out construction and the location in the shady palm garden, the house remains pleasantly temperate and well ventilated even on warm days. For guests who want additional cooling, air conditioning is available in one room. The lovingly designed 2,500 m² property is surrounded by high walls and offers you absolute peace and privacy – a small oasis to relax. Guest access Welcome! Make yourself at home and use our kitchen with everything you need! Filtered water is available at the separate faucet. The spacious salon with a large billiard table, the spacious staircase with an inviting reading lounge and a selection of books as well as the roof terrace with a shady seating area can be shared. By the pool you will find a comfortable seating lounge, an outdoor bar, hammock and swing under the cashew tree – the perfect place to listen to the birds chirping and unwind. Other things to note You are just steps away from the beach - out of the gate to the left, then left or right into one of the idyllic alleys and always following the sound of the sea. On the beach to the left is the Teranga Beachbar and 5 minutes further the Babaca Beachbar. A tip for shopping ClubTiosanne - here you can get fresh and regional food delivered directly to the house. Drinks are available in the bar of our neighbor Philip right across the street. You can get in touch with the fisherman or Madam Erdnuss from our guest advisor. If you need even more relaxation, our masseuse will come by – also for manicures or pedicures.
