Eagle’s View Vacation Rental

Enjoy a relaxing getaway at Eagle’s View Vacation Rental. Here you will enjoy an amazing view of the ocean, watching a variety of birds fly by. A cozy 2 bedroom living space and full size kitchen with appliances. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the covered porch. We are located within a few minutes drive to the Anchor River and the Anchor Point beach. Only twenty minutes to Homer the "Halibut Fishing Capital of the World" or twenty minutes to Ninilchik and less than an hour from the Kenai River. The space Property will include parking for up to two vehicles. Guests must be able to climb stairs. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 nightstands and lamps in each. The main bedroom includes a dresser. Main bedroom has a TV on the wall. Fully furnished living room with TV, couch, coffee table, chair, and lamps. Fully furnished kitchen with full size appliances, fridge, microwave, toaster, cups bowls etc. Coffee and tea are included. Bathroom with full shower and bathtub. Guest access Guests will receive a code for the door at check in time before arriving. Guests and supervised kids are welcome to use small grass area below guest house. Guests are not permitted past wired area with posted signs. Driveway may be used for children to ride bikes only upon supervision and must stay near the rental area not further than blue marker upon right hand side of attached garage. Full driveway is unsafe for children as vehicles hauling water, propane and various others entering drive at any point. All guests may not walk down to the bluff and may only view from guest’s upper deck or small grass area below. The bluff area is prohibited and failure to follow these rules will result in guests being asked to leave without refund for breaking safety barriers. This is for the safety of all guests.
