Close to The Villages, this delightful home was built in 2023 as a 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat. With spacious bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen, it offers comfort and convenience. Enjoy Samsung smart TVs, or unwind outdoors in the hot tub, and let the kids play in the large backyard. A short drive to the World Equestrian Center. Have a larger group? Rent the Horsey Hideaway, located next door, to accommodate up to 20 guests, making it ideal for larger groups. Please see the Additional rules The space Features: • Bedrooms: 4 spacious bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. • Bathrooms: 2 well-appointed bathrooms, including a bathtub and shower. • Kitchen: Well-equipped with a stainless-steel oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker (drip and Keurig), toaster, and cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper). Also includes a dishwasher and a hot water kettle. • Dining: Dining table with 6 spaces, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. • Entertainment: 5 Samsung smart TVs and a Nintendo Switch game console. Board games are also provided. • Outdoor Amenities: Relax in the new hot tub (private, fits 7 people, open 24 hours, available all year) and enjoy the • large, fully fenced backyard with barbecue grill, outdoor dining area, and outdoor furniture. • Little extras welcome you with a snack basket with an assortment of treats for when you get in after a long journey. • In the bathrooms, you find Soap, Shampoo, and Conditioner all the sinks have Soap and Lotion.
