The space 20mins walk from the beautiful lake windemere , hidden in a private 5 acre woodland opening , overlooking a lush, south facing meadow . Located in an area called Higher Stott park , close to newby bridge on the western side of lake Windemere . Guest access The whole house and 2 acres of gardens and 10 acres of private woods are exclusively for guests . Please note that the upstairs two bedrooms , and walk through futon bedroom are accessed via a cast iron spiral staircase. Other things to note At the house there is s small netted fish pond directly outside of the kitchen and nxt to the French windows leading from the lounge and patio its filled with fish and wildlife its measurements are 3m x 5m by 500 mm deep and in the forest garden theres a small stream. Guest should make sure all children and pets are supervised at all times. The forest and gardens are visited by deers , foxs , owls , badgers , sheep cows , woodland birds , they are all part of the beauty of the area and the land surrounding the home , please make sure nobody disturbs there everyday lives ….
