Welcome to our home, make yourself at home. House for 8-10 people (see more if extra charge) on 230 m2, located just over 1 hour from Paris and 10 minutes from Center Parcs 2500 m2 garden: - 5-person hot tub - 7 m 32 x 3 m 66 pool with a depth of 1 m 32 - Children's area consisting of a buried trampoline, 2 games with swings and two soccer cages. - 14 meter long petanque court - 80 m2 covered patio - ping pong table - private parking No cleaning fee, cleaning by you. The space The space This house welcomes you on 2 floors of 230 m2. It includes 4 bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms or shower rooms. It consists of: Ground floor: -A large cozy living room with fireplace (wood is of course PROVIDED), 2 sofas, a TV with Netflix, Canal+, Canal+Sport, Beinsport, Eurosport, AppleTV+, Paramount+, an overhead projector, a pool table, a foosball table as well as many board games. The internet connection is fiber optic, so you won't have any internet speed problems. - A kitchen with induction stove, microwave, American fridge, multifunction oven, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette grill, cotton candy machine, etc. - A dining room with a table that can easily accommodate a dozen people - A bathroom with toilet - A bedroom with queen size bed (160x200) -A games room with safety gate - A laundry room with washer and dryer 1st floor: - The black bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200) and a sofa bed - Bathroom with large shower and double vanity unit -The jungle bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200) and private bathroom -The "dormitory" with a queen size bed (160 x 200), a 140 bed, a sofa bed and a shower room -The mezzanine with a sofa bed and a reading area For your outdoor meals, our 80 m² courtyard located on the 140 m² terrace can accommodate you. The courtyard has an outdoor kitchen, two WEBER barbecues, a gas barbecue, a ping pong table, many sofas and two tables that can accommodate a dozen people each. The area is very quiet, a small hamlet of about ten houses surrounded by greenery and fields, it is a bucolic place. We therefore ask you to respect the tranquility of this space and the neighborhood. Parties are therefore PROHIBITED, playing music on the terrace, in the HOT TUBS or in the garden must be reasonable, it is also the tranquility that makes the magic of this place and we wish like our neighbors to preserve it. Failure to comply with the regulations may result in Airbnb being notified. And in case of abuse, law enforcement will be systematically notified. During your dinners on the terrace and especially if they are late, we ask you to be kind enough to watch the sound level of conversations. We have put a lot of energy and heart into making this house a comfortable, welcoming and practical place to live and we hope you have a great time in it. We do not charge for cleaning but we ask that you leave our house in the same condition as you found it. A kit of household products and a vacuum cleaner, a mop are at your disposal for this purpose. We will charge a cleaning fee if the house is returned to us dirty. Check in: 6pm-10pm Check-out: 10am-12pm Late checkout (5pm): €100 We kindly ask you to give us an indicative time of your arrival for organizational purposes. We are of course at your disposal during your stay, do not hesitate to contact us by phone/text if you have any problems or if you have any questions or need advice on activities. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except the garage. Sheets and towels are provided. The sauna is available for a fee of 60 euro on weekends or 150 euro per week.
