Clinging to the hillside of the charming medieval village of Palalda. More than a gîte, it's our vacation home. An atypical house with a warm and super-equipped character with a magnificent south-facing terrace with an amazing view of the valley and a charming garden enclosed by a wall to preserve your privacy. 10 minutes by car from the center of Amélie-les-Bains and the thermal baths. Beaches 30 minutes away and the mountains all around. The space The house is on 3 floors: On the ground floor: - a well-equipped kitchen with glass-ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, hood, electric wine cellar, fridge with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, a closet with washing machine and dryer, iron. - a dining room with a sofa area overlooking the terrace where you can have lunch on the large teak table overlooking the river. at the bottom of the terrace, a solarium area with 2 deckchairs. On the first floor: - The very cocooning English-style lounge area with its boat-style sofa bed (which offers 2 extra beds) and its club chair. a small desk facing the window allows you to work while enjoying the view. in the cabinet a flat screen and the box with fiber as well as a stereo system. - a first bedroom with a double bed and closet. On the second floor: - A large bedroom with a king size bed (2 beds of 90 cm put together) large closet and air conditioner. - A beautiful bathroom with toilet and another with shower. Due to its design with fairly steep stairs, the house is not suitable for young children and people with reduced mobility. The charming little streets of Palalda do not allow cars to circulate, but you have several free parking lots above and below the house. We provide you with a shopping cart! you can also take the shuttle to reach Amélie and the cure.
