Between land and sea in a small hamlet near Cozes in the countryside (with the company of the property's animals: donkey, goat, chickens, goose, cat, dog) and only 20 minutes from the sea (the coves of Meschers, the large beach of Saint Georges de Didonne and Royan with its waterfront town center). Numerous visits or walks are possible between the sea, islands, towns or picturesque villages to discover (Talmont-sur-Gironde, Mornac-sur-Seudre...), outings in forests or walks The space New independent accommodation (31 m²) in a quiet area, located on the same property as the hosts who live there, with a large shared garden but private outdoor space. The terrace is available with table and 4 chairs, umbrella to enjoy the outdoors and nature Bedroom with 140/190 bed, living room with extra bed (unfolding sofa) equipped kitchen, shower room The accommodation is new (July 2024). It is well insulated and has reversible air conditioning (towel dryer in the bathroom). Microwave oven, induction stove, fridge... but also many "small appliances" (kettle, toaster, Nespresso...) are available to satisfy as many people as possible. You will also find: oil, salt, pepper, sugar... The animals are in the yard except the female dog who will greet you with a few barks but without danger and the female cat who is usually very discreet.
