We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there. My building has been fully renovated but the bones are still old. The walls/ceilings can be pretty thin so please keep in mind that there will be guests and tenants in other units during your stay. Unfortunately, we don't have any on-site parking available. Free street parking with no time restrictions is generally easiest on the neighborhood blocks east of SE 12th.
