A private suite in a house (separate entrance)

This suite is located in a two story 4 bedrooms house with private entrance and a private patio. It is in the city of Beaumont which is half hr to Palm springs (also close to Golf, Casino, And much more) with one mile to shopping centers. It is grate for anyone with kid and/or pet). It has C/A, Sofa Bed , TV, crib, microwave, refrigerator, dishes and loundry in garage. In addition, the patio has BBQ, outdoor chairs and table. The use of big yard with pool, ping pong,….is n The space This house is in a Cul-de-sac quiet neighborhood and safest in town. ( the house is also in another post) This also has a main back yard with surrounding trees for privacy for additional fee; You can enjoy the pool with outdoor furniture and play with your kids and/or pets and it has trampling, ping pong table, hammock, and other fun games; It is perfect for party; But you need to plan it with me from before. Other things to note In garage, in addition to washer and dryer, mini fridge, vacuum, drying rack, portable fan, snow boards, board games, and kids toys …..are provided; also a small carpet and a cage for pets just in case as shown in pictures provided.
