It is handicap accessible with views from every room. Approximately 5 miles from town. The Kitchen and Living room have been recently remodeled. The kitchen is fully equipped. We recently added deck off the dining room with an outdoor barbecue. This some is equipped with a large driveway that works great if you are bringing a boat to town. Also, great place for kids to bring a bike or scooter so they can get outside. Master bedroom has a king size bed with a two couches where two children could sleep comfortably. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed, bedroom 3 has two twin size beds and bedroom 4 has a king size bed. There are also two couches in the living room that could be used to sleep extra kids. Baby items available on request. No smoking, pets allowed with approval. Our Diamond Ridge Retreat is equipped with Wifi, flat screen TV's, Netflix, stereo, dvd and vhs players. We also has an extensive VHS library so you can get caught up on your old VHS videos. We do not have cable. Washer and dryer is available for your use as well as a Chest Freezer for freezing your catch. The home is conveniently located minutes from downtown Homer, Alaska with its charming shops, art galleries and restaurants. Not far away is the world famous Homer Spit with a multitude of Alaskan adventure options including Halibut charters, sea kayak rentals, wildlife viewing cruises just to mention a few.
