This beautiful villa is located on a 420 m² plot with a high-quality furnished 156 m² living space spread over 3 floors. A beautiful view of nature awaits you, with a partial sea view. Nearby is the beautiful marina of Sigacik with its well-visited night bazaar and decadent selection of coffees and restaurants. The beach is within walking distance. Nearby are Izmir, Cesme, Kusadasi and the breathtaking Ephesus Open Air Museum. The space Enjoy your stay in this luxurious accommodation with a spacious, 45 m², air-conditioned living room. The stylish dining area can accommodate up to 6 people, and a 50-inch Smart HD TV ensures relaxing evenings. The accommodation has 3 comfortable double rooms (2 of which are air-conditioned) and a separate children's room with a single bed and manual air conditioning. There is also a cot available for families in one of the bedrooms. The modern, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for cooking together. It has all the essential kitchen utensils as well as a high-quality Siemens water dispenser that provides chilled or lukewarm drinking water at any time – for added convenience during your stay. The offering is rounded off by two high-quality, luxurious bathrooms and an additional guest toilet with a shower. Guest access Enjoy absolute privacy – the entire villa is exclusively at your disposal for your sole use. Look forward to a well-kept garden with a spacious pool (7.30 x 3.00 x 1.50 m), an outdoor shower and a cosy barbecue area – perfect for relaxing days and social evenings. A private car parking space with a remote-controlled electric gate provides additional convenience and security. All areas and amenities of the villa are, of course, at your disposal without restriction. Other things to note For safety reasons, the villa is monitored from the outside with cameras. You can of course turn off the cameras during your stay. More details will then be discussed at check-in. House Rules: 1. smoking Please do not smoke in the interior of the villa. Please only smoke in designated outdoor areas . Please use the ashtrays. 2. Noise level Please keep the noise level low, especially during quiet hours from 11pm to 8am so as not to disturb the neighbors. 3. security Make sure all doors and windows are closed when you leave the villa. Please note the instructions on how to use the alarm system and the cameras installed for your safety. 4. Damage and loss The price is for a maximum of 4 guests per night. For each additional guest, a charge of €49 per night will apply. Please indicate the exact number of guests. Children up to the age of 3 are, of course, free of charge and do not need to be indicated. For security reasons, we ask for your understanding that we are obliged to provide the personal details of all guests staying at the villa to the Turkish military police. Only small animals up to 10 kg are allowed A damage deposit of 300 euros will be charged on arrival and refunded after your stay, provided no damage has been found.
