Typical Norman in the countryside

Enjoy this piece of Normandy countryside with family or friends 2 hours from Paris. The house makes it easy to accommodate 2 couples and children. Air conditioning downstairs. With a beautiful exterior, the house offers outdoor activities: petanque balls, Molkky, swing, balloons, sandbox, swimming pool (accessible from May to September) with sun loungers, and barbecue. Easy access to the beaches: Honfleur at 20min, Deauville at 30min. The Cliffs of Etretat are 1 hour away. Cerza Zoo 20 minutes away. The space The house has several sleeping areas: 1 adult bedroom on the ground floor and upstairs 1 adult area (sofa bed on the landing) and 2 children's bedrooms (one with a cabin bed and a single bed, the other with a crib and a single bed). On the veranda, the sofa bed allows you to accommodate an additional couple. And in the TV lounge, an extra bed (1 person). Fans upstairs, air conditioning on the veranda to cool the ground floor. Two bathrooms with in each sink and shower. One (upstairs) is equipped with a bidet and toilet. Downstairs the toilets are separated. The house has everything you need for a baby (high chair, baby crib and changing table, bathtub, floor mat, extra folding bed, upstairs gate) upon request. In the TV lounge, video consoles and a dvd player (with the Disney collection in particular) as well as games will delight young and old. Equipped with wifi, it is quite possible to work remotely from the house with an office at your disposal in the bedroom on the ground floor . Honfleur and its beaches are 20-25min away, Deauville is 30-35min away. Etretat is 1 hour away. The charming towns of Epaignes, Cormeilles, and Beuzeville, with all possible shops and restaurants, are respectively 8 and 10 minutes from the house.
