Chalet Le Laydevant is a great choice for a relaxing holiday for a family with children or a group of up to 6 people. This 4* chalet is bright and totally modern, has an open-plan layout on the ground floor and 3 cosy bedrooms upstairs. There is plenty of storage space and a secure garage (ideal for mountain bike storage). And the backyard is perfect for children sledging, learning to ski or playing outdoors. The adults will love the great views and plenty of light and sunshine, even in winter. The space Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with zip-link king beds that can convert easily into twins. Two of the bedrooms overlook the garden and share a balcony with a great view of the mountains, and one has an ensuite shower and handbasin. There’s a separate WC, then a large family bathroom with bath / overhead shower and basin. Outside, there’s a super decked area at the rear of the chalet which gets sun most of the day and outdoor furniture to be able to eat al fresco, and beyond that an open field ideal for children to play in both summer and winter months. There’s also ample parking and a car port, and wood is provided for the fireplace. From November 2024 onwards, the chalet is managed by a new team, ensuring the same high-standard experience and guest satisfaction. The chalet is situated at “Le Laydevant” which is at the junction of the Côte d’Arbroz and Essert Romand, and the address is: 7 Route de la Côte d’Arbroz. Here you will get the best of both worlds: a quiet area with beautiful mountain views in a typical Savoyard village, yet only a 5-min drive to Central Morzine with its restaurants, bars, and access to the Super Morzine and Pleney lifts. Further away, you are only a 10-min drive to Les Gets and a 15-min drive to the Lindarets or Prodains lifts to reach the high-altitude skiing domain of Avoriaz 1800. The city of Thonon and Lake Geneva are only 40 minutes away. Guest access You'll have full access to the chalet.
