From spring to autumn you will find many hiking routes and bike as well as downhill trails nearby. In winter, you can reach the Madesimo ski resort in 50-60 minutes or St. Moritz in 60-80 minutes drive. The property is ideal for groups and families to explore Lake Como and the many excursion destinations such as Bellagio, Menaggio, Como, Milan and Bergamo.
