The main house has 12 beds plus 3 sofa beds and 2 floor mattresses. The Rose cottage has 3 beds plus 2 sofa beds. A large caravan has 1 double bed, 2 smaller caranans have 2 beds in each that consists of all amenities needed . There is an added price for extra guests. And you can come here and camp for $35 per person per night Self-catering. You have a choices. It is all self-catered. You may choose to hire your own caterers. In other words, make your own experience. Astreden is a private events venue with accommodation for any other types of events. The camping area accommodates is an overflow for extra guest so there is no need to drink and drive. Crash in your car or pitch a tent. Music volume ok until 1 am, then lower volume until you drop. To our large guest listing for events the removal of garbage must be the responsibility of the booking person or $250 fee to remove the rubbish or call byeRubbish to collect it. Also damage incurred by the guests will receive a hefty fee responsibility lies with the person making the reservation. Dogs yes, but no cats. Guest access Easy access to the property, with off road carpark. Guests may utilise the whole house and space, choose whatever areas they want to see, except NO man's land. The place is clean when you arrive, and it must be clean when you leave. It is not permissible to book 2 guest and bring in more people. Guests must pay and stay. Guest must not deliberately damage anything on the property. You break, you pay. Items taken: power boards, vase with artifical flowers. towels, face cloths, pillows. Burns Beach is 20 minutes and we are only 20 minutes away from the tourist area of various sites. Wine dine and explore the Swan Valley or only a five minute walk to Backwater Splash.
