The space This charming, ground floor cottage apartment is part of an historic building dating back to 1702, originally serving as a smelt works during Cornwall's mining era. Situated in the heart of Angarrack village, a two minute walk from the excellent village pub, this mews cottage provides flexible and accessible accommodation for up to four guests with one bedroom, sofa bed, plus a small fully enclosed cottage garden A shared porch leads to Number 5, opening into the cosy living space. The open-plan living area is comfortable and inviting, with Smart TV, (guests are welcome to use their own Netflix accounts) sofa bed and armchair, electric log burner effect fire, chest of drawers for storage. Whilst the cottage is best suited to a couple, the provision of the sofa bed makes the cottage also suitable for a small group of friends or small families. • Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen area is equipped electric cooker with oven, grill and hob, microwave, under counter fridge with freezer compartment. Tea and Coffee making facilities are provided along with an initial supply of washing up liquid, tea towels and cleaning equipment. • Dining table which extends to seat four. • Bedroom: The bedroom features a king-size 5ft bed with good quality memory foam mattress, chest of drawers, hanging rail, hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are all provided. (guests are requested to provide their own beach towels) • Bathroom: Accessed through the bedroom, with electric shower, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and WC. A utility cupboard within the bathroom houses the washing machine and also provides additional hanging space. • Location: Nestled in the picturesque village of Angarrack, this flat offers a peaceful retreat while being close to the amenities and attractions of Hayle and the stunning North Coast of West Cornwall. • Outside: Gated fully enclosed private garden with slate surface, furnished with garden table and chairs. An outside tap is ideal for washing off sandy equipment, children . A retractable washing line is also available. • Parking-On road parking possible as available locally.
