This gorgeous barn conversion is a short walk away from the centre of Skipton with its railway station with regular trains to the 3 peaks and other excellent hiking routes are available. Guests enter the house on the ground floor through floor to ceiling glass doors leading into the large entrance hall with stone floor and underfloor heating throughout the property. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, the master bedroom has king sized bed with wall mounted smart tv and ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and the third bedroom is a twin room but if requested on booking, can be made up as a double bed both sharing the family shower room with large walk in monsoon shower. The Utility room with washing machine leads through to the back door. The stunning wooden staircase leads up to the first floor with open-plan living space with sitting area, kitchen with dining island and pool table. Exposed oak beams and trusses overhead remind you of the buildings heritage. The Sitting area has a wood burner, comfy sofas and a smart tv with sky and bluetooth apple smart speaker. At the other end of the room is a stylish and contemporary kitchen with granite worktops and wooden dining island with seating for 6 guests, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave and oven. There is a pool table in the open plan living area. There is a large hot tub undercover with open side and lighting overlooking beautiful views across the surrounding countryside. The decking area next to the hot tub has outdoor seating and two sun loungers with a charcoal bbq perfect for al fresco eating.The large lawned garden has a stream running through it and ample parking. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, garden and hot tub. Other things to note Two well behaved dogs allowed - £40 per dog per stay - this will be requested after booking.
