Nestled within walking distance (0.4 miles) to downtown Eagle, this 1983, charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. Ideal for families, our home features spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms for a restful stay. Step outside to discover your private retreat; a large backyard, complete with a stunning pool, perfect for lounging under the Idaho sun or enjoying evening barbecues with loved ones. The space Bedroom 1; king bed with attached full bath, Bedroom 2; king bed Bedroom 3; bunk bed with two full beds and a twin trundle bed pullout. Living room has seating for approximately 5 people. There is a designated workspace in the main living area with a desk and chair. Please note; the backyard and pool is accessed through the French doors in the master bedroom or through the garage. Pool closes September 30th for the winter and opens, weather permitting May 1st. Home is not ADA friendly. There are steps to the front entrance and steps from the main bedroom to the backyard.
