The space Pure Bliss Lakefront Sanctuary: This newly renovated lake cottage boasts a full kitchen, two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a half bathroom, a comfortable sofa bed, and a delightful sun porch, with wrap around deck that offers the most gorgeous view for sunrise or sunsets, daydreaming, relaxation, and creating unforgettable memories by the lake. A Nature Enthusiast's Paradise! Nestled in a serene, picturesque corner, the cottage offers a peaceful escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. It is an Old Florida nature lover's paradise as Sandhill cranes, Bald eagles, Screech owls, Whistling ducks and the occasional gator are often nearby. 3 miles from Downtown Inverness The Cozy Vibes Lake Cottage will feel like you're far from the hustle and bustle but it is very close to downtown so that you can explore Inverness' Small Town charm. Downtown Inverness has several restaurants, bars, a brewery, live performances at the Valerie Theater and a Farmers Market that is held every first and third Saturday of the month. Inverness also has a 46 mile biking/walking trail, and two waterfront parks with a boardwalk just 3 miles away from the Cottage to view gators and Cooter turtles. If you're looking to get more active, the Whispering Pines Park (5 miles away) offers tennis and pickleball courts for sports enthusiasts. Complimentary Kayaks for guest use: For your water adventures, we provide life vests, two sit-in kayaks and one tandem sit-on kayak. We assume NO LIABILITY for the use of the complimentary kayaks provided. Please note: Our cottage has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests total, including children.We want everyone to be comfortable during their stay, and the space simply isn’t able to accommodate more than 6 people. Guest access Guests have full access to the cottage, cottage designated lakefront space, floating dock and outdoor laundry room unit with washer/dryer. Please note: Third-party bookings are NOT allowed. This means if you are planning to book this listing, YOU must be among the guests staying. Any unauthorized guest(s) that become part of your stay but were not included in the booking will incur a $25.00 per night fee which will be added to your account for immediate payment or your booking can be cancelled on the spot with no refund. Please note: The maximum occupancy is 6 guests total, including children still applies. Other things to note Things to Know: ***Please read.*** - 6 guests maximum and this includes children. The cottage is not able to accommodate groups larger than 6. - Pets of any kind, are NOT allowed. We love pets but regret that we cannot allow them. If you're traveling with a pet, please make alternative arrangements. Should you need boarding recommendations, we can provide several in the area that we use for our own pup! - Guests of Guests are NOT allowed. This means NO visitors or additional guests, as they are NOT allowed in the cottage or property at any time. Only guests that are on the reservation are allowed. -Boats of any kind are NOT allowed to be launched from the property. There are local public launches in the area. We allow boat docking but boats and/or air boats are NOT allowed on the grass or to be operated on the property. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. You may smoke outdoors but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. An ashtray for outdoor use is provided. - Loud music/noise is prohibited. Please be respectful of neighbors (this includes your hosts). - Designated quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. Guests should respect designated quiet hours and should not disturb the surrounding community with a disruptive level of noise (loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.). - No air guns, archery, BB guns or pellet guns. They are not allowed to be used on the property. - The use of the cottage for parties, events or meetings is strictly prohibited and will be enforced. If this rule is not respected, you will forfeit your stay and will not receive a refund. - For your safety, NO swimming or wading in the water. This is Florida after all and gators are in every body of Florida water. - If you do see an alligator, do not feed or antagonize it. This is illegal. - No EV charging allowed. - No Illicit drugs allowed: Illegal or restricted drugs such as opium, opiates, opioids, coca and cocaine, amphetamine-type stimulants, central nervous system depressants, and hallucinogens shouldn't be present or used at a stay, or the surrounding property unless prescribed by a physician for a medical condition. - No Commercial photography or filming allowed: Guests should not participate in film or photography that is intended for commercial use or profit. - No Crypto-mining allowed.
