The space The condo entrance is located at the back of the private, remote access garage where you can securely park your car out of the weather. Less than a block away is the clubhouse, which hosts Moon Dollars (bar and reataurant), virtual golf (winters), heated pool (spring to fall dates vary). Take a few more steps accroas the street, west of the clubhouse to find the beautiful lake with swimming dock, private beach and many other amenities. Immerse yourself in outdoor activities like golfing, kayaking, boating, swimming, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, or let the kids explore the play area. A small market and coffee shop are attached to the gas station at the community entrance, just a few short blocks away (walkable). Guest access Guests must be able to climb at least one flight of stairs to get access into the unit as it sits above the garage (level 1) the Townhouse is 2 stories once inside. The first floor once in the unit includes dining room, living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom and a full bathroom including soaker tub & full size stack unit washer and dryer. There are also 2 sliding doors leading to various outside deck spaces off this floor. There is an Owners space that is locked and off limits, any attempt to access this space could lead to immediate cancelation of the remainder of your stay. The second floor (loft) has a living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with walk in shower (no tub). There is also a working space with desk, chair, printer and shredder. Ink is very expensive, feel free to use for occasional printing, however should you use it excessively, a checkout charge may be billed for replacement of the ink cartridge(s) The main deck overlooking the golf course has a gas bbq grill and several chairs with a table for dining and one lounger style chair (seasonal - may be stacked h stored in the winter). Other things to note This is north Idaho and the winters can be icy and a lot of snow is possible. there are several shovels stored on the deck or in the garage should you need them during your stay. Summers can be busy and winters quiet due to many snow birds that live in this close knit golfing community. Some of the locals don't like to be bothered, and others are super friendly. The host has found that a quick walk to Moondollars (the restaurant/bar) at the clubhouse may be able to provide you with local advise and amenity locations should you find them difficult to find/access. Stays lasting longer than one week may be responsible for supplying consumables such as TP, Papertowels, bathroom, cleaning and kitchen products. While the host does their best to keep ample products onsite, the needs and amount of usage can vary by individuals and number in booking party.
