The living space, 40 m2, is composed of: a fully equipped living-dining room-kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, gas stove, classic coffee maker, toaster to place on the gas, electric kettle, dishes, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, some spices... 2 bedrooms with a 1.40 m double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds Bathroom with shower and sink, Separate restrooms, 15 m2 veranda with a table, chairs and a small living room, 10 m2 terrace with garden table and chairs. There is also a shed with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, washing machine, shopping cart, tancarville, high chair and children's bathtub... The garden is fully enclosed. You will find all the information (WIFI, household waste bin, waste sorting, operation of appliances...) in the welcome booklet. Other things to note Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants. We ask you for a check of €50 (cleaning deposit) upon arrival, which we return to you at the end of the stay if the cleaning is done and done correctly.
