A cozy bedroom with a private bathroom in a quiet neighborhood home conveniently stocked with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. 7 minutes from shopping center, gas station, parks. 15 minutes from major retail stores; Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Ect. 16 minutes from 270 highway Guest access Guest may access the room, bathroom, and wet bar area in the basement living room. There you will find the microwave and coffee maker. Please keep in mind the rental does not include access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, sunroom, laundry room, etc..
