This unit is located on the second floor. You will have to climb one flight of stairs to get to the unit. Elevator: No Bed size: King (both bedrooms) Sleeper Sofa: No Parking: 1 free assigned parking spot. Guest parking spots are also available, first come first served. Street parking is available, first come first serve, and subjected to the City of Santa Clara laws and regulations. Entry: Self-check in. You don't have to wait inline. Check-in time cut off is at 11pm. If you are going to check in later than 11pm, please notify us ahead of time. Check in instruction is on the app and available to you the day of your reservation. We use Latch for all of our locks, please note that we will need your email address to send you an invite Early check-in: We cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Our cleaning team needs adequate time to deep clean, sanitize, and inspect the property before your check-in. No exceptions. High-speed Wifi: 100mbps. The washer and dryer are inside the unit. You will have enough supplies for one load of laundry. Fully equipped kitchen with basic essentials. A coffee maker is available. However, we do not provide coffee. Other amenities: - A/C We do not offer extra bedding. Any extra bedding will have to be requested 24 hours ahead of time for our team to prepare. Discount: We do not offer any discount, regardless of length of stay Guest access Seamless self-check in with a smart lock. Other things to note HOUSE RULES:  We’re committed to being great neighbors, and we strictly enforce these rules to ensure the comfort and safety of our community. NON SMOKING POLICY - All of our Properties strictly prohibits smoking of any kind. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and other smoking-producing substances. This applies to the entire apartment, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. In case of a violation, we will immediately apply a $1000 in violation fee, plus an additional $250 in cleaning fee to cover for deep cleaning, deodorizing, and any other additional costs in damages to furniture, beddings, and etc. We take this policy seriously in order to guarantee the well-being of all guests and to preserve the integrity of our space for future guests.  NO PARTIES - Hosting parties, events, or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the property is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will immediately result in a $1000 penalty and you’re subjected to additional charges for any damages, cleaning, or disturbances caused during your stay. NOISE - At all times, you may not disturb the neighbors’ quiet enjoyment. In addition, guests must observe quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited (see No Parties policy above) OCCUPANCY - Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit. There can be no more than the specified number of guests on the premises at any given time. Large gatherings are not permitted. If you have more than permitted guests, please reach out. Approval is upon discretionary. PACKAGE HANDLING - You’re more than welcome to send packages to the apartment DURING your stay. However, we and the leasing office cannot accept any package deliveries on your behalf. We’re not responsible for any lost packages.  LOST & FOUND - We assume no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings, including any belongings that are left in the apartment after your departure time has passed.  LATE CHECK OUT - Failure to check out before or at 11am PST without prior approval will immediately result in a $150 fee. This is to compensate our employees for their waiting time  and extra effort in preparing the space for upcoming guests.  PETS - Pets are restricted and imposed by the building management. Any violation is subjected to a $1000 fine and an additional cleaning fee.  EMERGENCY ENTRY POLICY - In the event of an emergency, such as fire, water leak, suspected gas leak, or any situation that poses an immediate threat to the property of the safety of our guests, we reserve the right to enter the premises without prior permission. Our primary concern in such cases is to address the emergency, take appropriate actions, and ensure the well-being of all guests. Rest assured, we will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed about the situation and our actions if circumstances allow. However, in certain urgent situations, immediate entry may be necessary for the safety and security of everyone involved.  NO REFUND FOR WEATHER  CONDITIONS - While we strive to provide a comfortable stay, the occurrence of natural-related incidents such as electrical outages, falls beyond our responsibility as hosts. We cannot offer refunds or compensation in such cases.  CANCELLATION - To avoid any inconvenience, we encourage you to review our cancellation policy before making your reservation. We have Strict Cancelation Policy for both short-term and long-term. Per Airbnb’s policy, here are the fine prints:  Strict Short-term (apply to all reservations under 28 days) - To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nightsIf they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights Strict Long term (apply to all reservations of 28 days or longer) - To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 28 days before check-in. If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nightsIf fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, you’ll be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights. LOST KEYS - All designated keys and parking permits must be left in the designated lockbox upon checkout. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $250 per item. Please alert us immediately if any items are missing at the beginning of your stay. USE - The apartment and all amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the apartment. Guests shall use the apartment for residential purposes only. Guests shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the apartment. Commercial photography is strictly prohibited.  PARKING - Please park in your designated parking spot. Vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. We shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property. DAMAGED OR MISSING PROPERTIES - Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. This includes damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishings, and equipment (such as towels, artwork, electronics, and kitchen equipment). We reserve the right to charge guests for 120% of such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the costs or expenses incurred or suffered by us as a result of the damage and/or theft. Charges may include but are not limited to all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, and guest compensation. EMAILS FOR DOOR CODES/ACCESS - In order to facilitate a smooth check-in process and grant you access to the property and amenities, we require your email address to send you access codes. Rest assured that your privacy and data security are important to us, we do not sell, share, or misuse your personal data in any way. Your email address will be used solely for the purpose of providing you with access to the property and amenities.  RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION - Respect goes both ways. We ask that you communicate with us in a respectful and considerate manner. Respectful communication is the cornerstone of a positive guest-host relationship. Any guest displays disrespectful behavior towards our property, staff, or other guests, we reserve the right to refuse service and terminate their stay. We believe in fostering a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests and appreciate your cooperation!  NO DISCOUNT - We have adopted a fair pricing approach to ensure an equitable experience for all our guests. As part of this commitment, we do not offer discounts based on the length of stay. Our pricing is carefully set and benchmarked off of market rate.
