The open-concept living area, with its soaring vaulted ceilings, creates an inviting ambiance perfect for relaxation. Bedrooms & Bathrooms Rest easy on high-quality mattresses and linens, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. We provide a hairdryer in each bathroom and complimentary toiletries to get you started. Challenge your group to a friendly competition in the game room, gather for board games, or stream your favorites on the 65" flat-screen TV. Fully Equipped Kitchen Prepare delicious meals in a kitchen designed for convenience. It features a breakfast bar, a dining area, and a full suite of appliances: Stove, Oven, Microwave & Dishwasher Refrigerator Keurig & Drip Coffee Makers, Electric Kettle Blender, Toaster & Digital Rice Cooker Cookware, flatware, dishes, and wine glasses A starter selection of condiments (salt, pepper, oil) Outdoor Living Our private patio is your personal lookout. This includes all four bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, game room, and the outdoor patio with the hot tub. The only exception is one locked master bedroom closet, which is reserved for owner storage. Other things to note - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - Accessibility: This is a single-story home. All parts of the house are accessible without any steps inside, with only one small step required to enter the house from the outside. - Security: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell and exterior security cameras. These cameras are not actively monitored and are primarily for verifying maintenance and landscape crew arrivals. There are absolutely no cameras inside the house. - Patio Lights: To conserve energy and preserve the beautiful starry night sky, the patio lights are on a timer and automatically turn off at 11:30 PM. - Travel Insurance: We highly recommend considering travel insurance to safeguard your vacation investment against unexpected events.
