The Studio is located about 15 mins drive from Playa Tamarindo in a community called Rio Santo. Outside the community you will explore a true local Costarican town. There are 3 Homes in the property and a beautiful golf course surrounded by pastures, cattle and 17 rescue dogs which you will meet and beautiful Malinche trees. The area is very safe and you will immediately feel like home. The studio is located on a second floor from the main house. The space Golf enthusiasts and nature lovers will delight in our property's private golf facility and scenic mountain trails. Surrounded by multiple residences, the community features friendly dogs and a shared parking lot for added convenience. Experience the perfect blend of recreation and camaraderie in this unique setting. The Studio comes completely furnished and it has a work space in case you need to get things done while on vacation. Other things to note Kindly be aware that our property is home to several rescue dogs, and while we cherish their presence, we understand that it may not be suitable for those who are not fond of dogs.
