Tesla's Valley – A place off the grid overlooking Velebit 🌄 Escape to a peaceful, self-sustaining cabin in the hills of Lika, Croatia — above Smiljan, the birthplace of Nikola Tesla. Surrounded by nature, powered by solar energy and overlooking the magnificent Velebit, this is a place of silence, rest and rediscovery of oneself. 🌿 What to expect: 🔋 100% solar energy (lights, USB chargers) 🚿 Fresh, potable spring water 🪵 Minimalist design for maximum peace 🌌 Clear starry sky, birdsong and silence. The space The Skywalker Tent is an accommodation facility within the Robinson Crusoe resort Teslina Dolina. Sleeping bags are included upon request. With the announcement, it is possible to rent a tent for use outside the rest area as well as set up your tent in the rest area. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are separate facilities shared by all guests of Tesla Valley, as well as other amenities (swings, sun loungers...). Water for hygiene purposes is not heated. The camp is without electricity, solar lighting and batteries. Power banks are provided. It is intended for sleeping three adults, or two adults and two children. Sleeping bags are also included upon request. Guest access Shared toilet, bathroom and kitchen area equipped with basic necessities, two outdoor open fireplaces, one surrounded by benches and swings, and the other near the kitchen facility. Other amenities are also available to guests (sun loungers, swings, seesaw, board games ...). Other things to note The rest area is connected to the water supply network, but not to electricity. For a reason :) Our motto is Tesla retreat, disconnect to reconnect! Each cottage has solar lamps and a power bank. The water is drinkable!
