Guesthouse in Ipswich

Our new, north facing Guesthouse is centrally located in an Ipswich heritage precinct. It has a separate bedroom and bathroom, a compact but fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas. There are two outdoor areas for guests - just right for the morning winter sun or afternoon summer shade. The space The separate bedroom has a Queen size bed with quality linen and there is ample storage in a large built-in wardrobe. The living and kitchen/dining areas have a cheery north facing aspect. The kitchen is equipped with appliances including fridge, induction cooktop, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and other essentials. We stock the pantry with basic necessities and some breakfast options. The lounge area includes a flat screen smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi and cable internet. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, detergent, clothes drying rack, ironing board and iron. There is reverse cycle air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area. Guest access The apartment is located on the first floor of our detached double garage at the back of our long block. Access to the apartment is via a straight flight of external stairs with 17 steps. Off-street parking for guests is provided in the carport (for 1 car) adjacent to the apartment. Other things to note Apart from being close to the beautiful Limestone and Queens Parks, we are less than 1km from Ipswich General Hospital, St Andrew’s Private Hospital, University of Southern Queensland Ipswich campus and Ipswich showgrounds; less than 2km from Ipswich Railway Station, about 5km from the Amberley RAAF Base back gate and 15km from the Willowbank Raceway.
