Welcome to an atypical and comfortable house, nestled in the heart of Auvergne. This pretty house is located in a small village on a quiet and peaceful street. Between Clermont-Ferrand and Vichy (30 min.), 10 min. from the highway and a small town with all amenities. Great for a stay with family, friends and for professionals on the move. Rental options: 1 night, 1 weekend, 1 week... The space This unique and comfortable house includes: - a terrace with a small living room, - a small equipped: electric oven, microwave, stove, range hood, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette grill for 12 people. - a dining room with a modular table to accommodate you comfortably. - a living room with bay window overlooking the terrace, a large sofa. - 4 bedrooms upstairs, all equipped with new bedding; two bedrooms with 160 bed, one with a 140 bed and a changing table, the last with two 90 beds. The beds will be made upon arrival. A baby cot can be provided upon request. - bathroom with bathtub. Towels are at your disposal. - a separate toilet on the ground floor Upon arrival, the beds will be made and some basic amenities will be at your disposal: coffee pods, herbal tea and tea, toilet paper, cleaning kit, bathroom essentials, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes rack. Guest access - parking: 2 vehicles possible in front of the house, other free parking nearby.
